Salary – £45,000 - £55,000 (Depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
Own product development from initial sketch to final solution— your ideas, your impact .
Test, tweak, and perfect designs to meet the highest performance and reliability standards.
Collaborate with a high-energy team across design, manufacturing, and commercial functions.
Optimise designs for cost, efficiency, and manufacturability, working closely with suppliers and partners.
Support the development of technical specs, drawings, and testing documentation.
Bring customer insights and market trends into the heart of design decisions.
Be a key player in product launches—translating engineering excellence into commercial success.
What You Bring
Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
Strong CAD skills (preferred), with an eye for detail and design flair.
Practical knowledge of materials, manufacturing techniques, and testing methods.
Natural problem-solver with a curious mindset and drive to improve.
Confident communicator and collaborator—comfortable working across departments and disciplines.
Experience in fasteners or similar sectors is a plus—but we value attitude over industry .
