As International Co\-brand Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading the project management of multi\-national roll\-out of co\-brand products, manage communications with internal and external partners, and optimize existing portfolios with new benefits and features to deepen relationships with customers and drive commercial value for Hilton\. What will I be doing? Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique\. What your day\-to\-day will be like: Execute strong project management principles from project scoping to delivery\. Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, and across geographies Manage risks within assigned project and display ongoing initiative to solve problems to keep projects aligned to the core scope and objective, whilst delivering continual added value to the organisation by offering technical or consultative help where required Create clear and concise communications materials for stakeholders at all levels of seniority Manage the annual project budgets, reporting quarterly to ensure we are optimizing funds Own sub\-projects within product delivery such as card design/production, technical security review and partner API set\-up\. Lead internal and external meetings, presentations, and video calls, ensuring all team deliverables are met on time and hit stated objectives\. Actively ensuring projects are on time, on budget and output is of a high quality\. Run retrospectives and report on project budget to extract key learnings\. How you will collaborate with others: Partner with the Co\-Brand team to align strategic & business objectives, define a clear brief, and set initiative expectations; you'll be the point person for the initiative and devise the full project plan Work with project sponsors, internal and external partners to assess requirements, and the approach and scope of projects \(goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget\) Keep team 'working group' of team members focused and support by removing hurdles to enable them to succeed What you will take ownership of: Launch new products in new geographies including building the project plan, ensuring we are on track with deliverables and leading some workstreams such as credit card design and production\. What are we looking for? You have these minimum qualifications: Experience working in a project management role Confident and proactive in building relationship with key stakeholders across all divisions of the organisation and partners including banks and payment networks Strong ability to present and engage audiences to immerse them in this strategic initiative\.Strong presentation / PowerPoint skills\. Passion for executing business transformation initiatives with knowledge and experience in embedding an effective change management program\. Solid technical product management experience, including working with APIs and partner integrations, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements\. A good understanding of financial services industry and marketing channel development, as well as technology integration across organisations Strategic mindset with ability to use insight to translate into business outcomes Experienced with managing a broad range of stakeholders both internally and with external agencies Solid knowledge and hands on experience in budget management across multiple projects\. It would be useful if you have: Formal qualifications or knowledge of project management principles \(CSM, APM, Prince2 etc\.\) would be advantageous but not mandatory\.
