Key responsibilities as a Vehicle Spray Painter? Inspect and prepare vehicles prior to the painting process, ensuring surfaces are suitable for refinishing Complete work to a consistently high standard to ensure quality results and customer satisfaction Contribute to workshop productivity by completing tasks within agreed timeframes and supporting production schedules Recognise and report any potential or existing health and safety risks within the working environment Proven experience working as a commercial or vehicle spray painter within a workshop or similar environment Strong understanding of spray painting processes, including paint preparation, mixing, and application techniques Ability to produce work to a high standard with strong attention to detail and finish quality Able to manage workload independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision Interest in the automotive sector, with experience following manufacturer methods or working in a fast-paced production environment A permanent full-time opportunity 33 days holiday per year Group contributory pension scheme Career development and training opportunities If you're an experienced spray painter looking for a stable, rewarding role in a busy body-shop environment, we want to hear from you!
