Job Description
You’ve done the basics.
You’ve learned what a 360 desk looks like. You’ve felt the pressure of a target. You know the difference between a CV sent and a CV that actually lands.
Now you want to get properly good.
We’re hiring a Tech Recruiter with 6 months to 2 years’ agency experience who wants structure, pace and standards
What this role really is
You’ll work a live tech desk from day one — permanent and/or contract — with clear metrics, tight processes and modern tooling.
You’ll:
* Work roles across software engineering, data, infrastructure, cloud or similar tech verticals
* Deliver shortlists fast (proper ones, not spray-and-pray)
* Build candidate relationships that convert
* Use data and CRM insight to drive your activity
* Operate inside defined delivery ratios (we’re performance-led)
The environment
Fast paced. Structured. Accountable.
You’ll be using:
* Bullhorn (properly, not as a spreadsheet)
* Modern sourcing tools
* The most powerful RecTech on the market
* Automation where it improves output
* Clean, measurable pipelines
If you’ve only worked somewhere that still tracks performance in a notebook, this will feel different.
What we’re looking for
* 6 months – 2 years in a fast-paced agency (tech preferred)
* Evidence of billing or strong delivery performance
* Comfortable working at speed without cutting corners
* Tech-savvy — understands systems, data, automation
* High standards. Low drama.
You don’t need to be the finished article.
You do need to be coachable and competitive.
What you’ll get
* Clear progression (not vague “maybe next year” talk)
* Structured development into a high-performing tech consultant
* Exposure to strong clients and meaningful roles
* A Milton Keynes office where people show up and perform
If you want to become genuinely sharp at tech recruitment — not just busy — this is the right step.
