1. Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality, adhering to the companys commitment to excellence and sustainability.
2. Analyse workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions that achieve productivity and cost targets.
3. Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to drive innovation projects within the Interior Experience division.
4. Utilise data analytics and modelling techniques to support decision-making processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
