Mental Health Support Worker Worksop £24,030 - £24,513 per annum Are you passionate about making a positive difference in peoples lives through social care? This role is all about empowering individuals with mental health conditions and learning disabilities, to live independently, make informed choices, and enjoy fulfilling lives. We use a trauma-informedand strengths-based approachto support each persons journey. Whether you're experienced in social care or looking to start your journey in the sector, we offer the training and support to help you thrive. This is a 24-hour service, operating 7 days a week. Shifts include: 7:00am 2:30pm 2:30pm 10:00pm 10:00pm 7:00am (waking nights) Weekend availability is essential. The role is located in Worksop town centre and access to a car or reliable transport is strongly recommended to ensure you can attend shifts on time. What Youll Do As a Support Worker, youll play a key role in helping individuals grow and succeed.
