An exciting and unique opportunity to work with the UK’s no.1 Youtube family and join their growing team!
This position will be a full-time, permanent role offering hybrid working (typically 2 days WFH). The role will be based at their offices/studio in Thames Ditton.
About The Family/Talent
Joel, Sarah and their five daughters created their YouTube channel, Dad V Girls 6 years ago, in this time they have achieved phenomenal success, attracting over 2.5m+ subscribers on their YouTube channels and over 6m across all social platforms.
Their social media channels are family focused, fun and light-entertainment based. They have coverage on all major social media channels as well as launching their own clothing brand Dés Vu in 2021 and their tan-care brand SolSkin, which launched in 2023 and more recently Joel and Sarah launched their Podcast which reached no.4 on the Spotify podcast chart on their first episode.
Kaci-Jay, the eldest of the children (18) recently won the hugely popular Youtube show – Locked In on the Footasylum channel. This was a huge achievement for her and has launched the start of her own career outside of the Dad V Girls brand. There are lots of exciting opportunities ahead for her.
Dés Vu is a premium streetwear clothing and accessories brand for women. It has been incredibly successful with hype drops and products selling out within minutes of launching.
SolSkin is a solution-orientated tan-care brand developed by the family after their daughters Kaci and Grace struggled to find self-tan products that delivered amazing results without causing irritation to Kaci’s eczema. The brand has already seen a lot of success in the short time since it has been launched.
The Conder family is very ambitious and really looking to elevate every aspect of their brands and online presence this year. They are looking to bring someone in house to accelerate all of their commercial partnerships across Joel, Sarah, Kaci & Grace’s channels.
You will be working alongside the rest of the DVG and DÈS VU team which is currently around 10 people and growing. The culture in the company would be described as fun, energetic, supportive and has a real start up vibe to it. Everyone on the team is super ambitious!
We are looking for someone who would love the idea of working in house, directly with talent to create commercial opportunities. For the right person this would be a really exciting role.
You might be one of the following:
* Currently woking as a talent manager, looking to step into a more senior role
* A senior talent manager looking for a change of scene and the opportunity to work 1 on 1 with talent
* Currently working on the brand/agency side looking to move across and work exclusively with talent
Responsibilities
* Independently negotiate deals and contracts to a high standard
* Own relationships with key agencies, brands and other third parties for and on behalf of the family
* Proactively pitch, negotiate and secure commercial partnerships and revenue driving opportunities to target
* Create and develop ambitious but realistic strategies which are impactful
* Strategically identify opportunities to diversify careers and revenue streams into other areas of media and entertainment including, but not limited to product development, podcasting, licensing, broadcast and live
* Effectively manage their public image and reputation, liaising with publicists to build and execute PR strategies (where relevant)
* Scoping out initial enquiries, sharing media kits and fees
* Gathering analytics, insights and feedback to share with brands post-campaign and creating case studies
* Creating and sharing tailored and targeted commercial partnership pitches with brands
* Gifting and event invites
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years experience in the talent management industry or in brand/commercial partnerships working closely with talent
* A valuable network of brand contacts and industry relationships
* Immersed in the latest talent, social media and entertainment industry developments
* Understand and confidently negotiate contracts
* Proven record of generating new business, securing commercial partnerships and upselling
* Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, and collaboration skills
* Strong relationship builder
* Commercially minded
* Must demonstrate a high quality of work performed both accurately and efficiently to deadlines
* Adaptable self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects and talent simultaneously with a persistent, determined and positive attitude
* Highly organised, proactive and pragmatic with day-to-day tasks
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Ambitious and driven to achieve positive results
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, Canva and Google Drive

Hours: 9am - 5pm
Salary:
£50-£70k depending on experience
