Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Sales Executive, based in Salford. The position involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, preparing and managing quotes, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will include effective communication with clients and team members to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive and results-driven approach to sales and client management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Inside Sales and generating Quotations
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients
Background in Customer Service with a strong focus on client satisfaction
Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation and proactively identifying sales opportunities
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools is advantageous
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
Prior experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks
