: Pay Rate: GBP 200 per day

: Proven experience in plumbing maintenance
: L8 Water Treatment experience (essential)
: Strong knowledge of water hygiene and compliance
: Ability to carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections
: Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
: City and Guilds in Plumbing Level 2
; Responsibilities:
: Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
: Monitor and manage water systems in line with L8 regulations
: Temperature checks, flushing, and remedial works
: General fault finding and repair work
