An exciting opportunity to be part of a brand new home and team! We are a leading organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism. Maes Y Coed is our latest home in the Pembrokeshire area, near Pembroke Dock. Our Maes Y Coed home comprises four individual flats on the grounds of its sister service, Bangeston Hall. We pride ourselves on providing personalized care packages tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each resident. We look forward to opening our doors and welcoming individuals to their new home.

A typical day at Maes Y Coed may include:
* Ensuring residents' physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive environment
* Supporting residents during recreational activities, outings, and community integration
* Promoting independence, self-esteem, and confidence, celebrating achievements and milestones
* Working collaboratively to tailor support to individual needs
* Keeping accurate records of activities, progress, and incidents
* Performing general housekeeping duties, including meal preparation
We are looking for people who:
* Have a compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to make a positive impact
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
* Are resilient and patient, adapting to individual needs
* Are willing to learn and follow team guidance
* Have basic IT skills for record keeping and communication
* Are flexible to work shifts, including weekends and occasional nights
Please note: This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
