Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a dynamic Production Line Planner to join the Supply Chain Department of our valued client in the Llantrisant area. This is an exciting, full-time permanent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth production operations.
Responsibilities
* Receive and analyse customer orders and forecasts for existing and new product launches.
* Develop and maintain a realistic, flexible production plan that accounts for business constraints.
* Liaise extensively with internal departments and external partners to ensure clear communication and effective execution.
* Monitor and measure On Time In Full (OTIF) performance to meet agreed objectives.
* Prepare and complete daily and monthly reports.
Qualifications & Experience – Essential
* Good standard of education, including AS Level (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English.
* Intermediate-level skills in Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems.
* Significant experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
* Strong understanding of supply chain processes and lead times.
* Confident and appropriate communication skills with stakeholders at all levels, both in person and by telephone.
Qualifications & Experience – Desirable
* Degree-level education or equivalent.
* Advanced skills in Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems (Sage X3 preferred).
* Experience in cosmetics or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Experience working with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.

* High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
