The opportunity for either an experienced Assistant Hygiene Manager, or someone with management experience, to help lead and uphold the impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation expected in one of the world's most luxury retail environments.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting the Hygiene Manager in overseeing and in managing all night shift cleaning and hygiene operations across trading, hospitality, and back-of-house areas.
* Ensuring overnight teams meet the highest cleanliness, health & safety, and hygiene standards
* Managing external cleaning contractors and in-house hygiene staff, ensuring service levels are consistently met.
* Conducting night-time inspections, audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant hygiene and safety protocols (e.g. COSHH, HACCP).
* Collaborating with departments across retail, hospitality, and facilities to respond quickly to hygiene concerns - Liaising with day teams to ensure a smooth handover and continuity of standards.
* Assisting with training and development of hygiene team members.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in a hygiene, production, services, or facilities management role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead by example.
* Working knowledge of relevant hygiene and safety standards and legislation.
* Organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced, high-profile setting.
