As a GCSE Maths Lecturer, you'll play a key role in helping students build confidence, develop problem-solving skills and achieve qualifications that can transform their future opportunities.

* Deliver engaging and inspiring GCSE Maths lessons
* Support learners to achieve their individual goals and maximise their potential
* Plan and develop high-quality teaching and learning resources
* Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback
* Use innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance learning
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement activities
* Support learners with their wider study programme and progression plans
What We're Looking For

* Have strong maths knowledge and a passion for their subject
* Can inspire and motivate learners of varying abilities
* Have excellent communication and organisational skills
* Are committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
* Hold a relevant maths qualification
Previous teaching experience is welcomed but not essential. We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals with industry, commercial or professional maths-related experience who are considering a move into teaching. Support and development opportunities may be available for candidates who wish to gain a teaching qualification.
