Rota : 5-day week 9-hour availability alternate weekends and occasional nights
Salary : 25350 - 26325

Your Role as a Lead Care Professional
* Deliver and uphold the highest standards of care.
* Ensure clients receive person-centered high-quality services.
* Act as a mentor to Care Professionals providing field-based support and guidance.
* Help improve care quality ensuring our team is well-equipped and confident in their roles.

* Previous experience in a care role ideally with leadership responsibilities.
* A passion for supporting others and maintaining high standards of care.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
