Growing Stockport compnay is looking for a Contact Centre Manager with a history of sales and performance management to join their team.
This is a newly created role due to growth and will be a really interesting opportunity for someone to really put their stamp on a role!
The role will involve:
Day to day management of a sales based claims team
Assessing and improving processes and team performance
Overseeing staff recruitment, training and retention
Managing the integration and training of an offshore out of hours function
There is some flexibility on hours based around a regular working week; working hours for the teams sit between 8am-8pm.
Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience; a guide of £36-40k was given.
