2nd Line Support Engineer – Southampton (Contract) We’re looking for IT Support Engineers to join our team in Southampton on a contract basis .
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 2-4 months, 2 Days a week (Part-Time)
Hands-on experience providing technical support
~2nd Line Support Experience
~ Ability to work independently and within an office
~ Finalising device imaging/swapping and resolving post-migration queries (software installs, printers, OneDrive queries, any automation gaps)
~ Comfortably working alone and also as a team
Experience working for an MSP, in the education sector or having an Enhanced DBS is not essential but a bonus.
