Job Description
We are currently looking for a German speaking EA to join a Consultancy firm which is based in Central London. This role offers hybrid working with standard office hours, some flexibility is required. This role is up to 6 months and is supporting 1 Partner in Zurich and 1 Partner in Munich. This position is for a medium sized company and offers a positive working environment.

* Control complex diaries and prioritise meetings against business goals and urgency.
\t
* Prepare agendas and briefing packs; ensure the executive is fully briefed ahead of every engagement.
\t
* Arrange rooms, virtual links, and equipment; anticipate clashes and negotiate changes with tact.
\t
* Plan end-to-end domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, and accommodation.
\t
* Build contingency plans; manage expenses accurately
\t
* Coordinate project timelines, stakeholders, and light research to move initiatives forward.
\t
* Independently manage small workstreams and maintain cross-team alignment.
\t
* Ad hoc Admin tasks
