Document Production Associate
Salary: £24,500 per annum, plus company benefits
Contract: One year fixed term contract, full time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday through Friday 08:00-16:00

Williams Lea seeks a Document Production Associate to join our team. Williams Lea is a global provider of skilled, technology-enabled, business-critical support services with long-term relationships with blue‑chip clients across investment banks, law firms and professional services firms. Purpose of this Role
The Document Production Associate provides PowerPoint presentations and document production services for clients. The ideal candidate has experience in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. There is scope to grow into a Presentation Specialist with training and mentoring in further software packages. Perks include onsite parking, an employee gym, café, and a break room with a TV.
Responsibilities
* Provide PowerPoint presentation and document production services for clients.
* Collaborate with a dedicated team of Document Production Associates with opportunities to advance to a Presentation Specialist.
* Participate in training and mentoring for additional software packages.
* Maintain high-quality documents and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year of document production experience, preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong keyboarding and typing skills
* Familiarity with other software for editing and/or creating documents
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
* Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information
* Professional judgment aligned with business needs and policy
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate when needed
* Composure under immediate deadlines; ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate professionally
* Self-motivation and a positive attitude; proven customer service skills
