Responsibilities

* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using a multitude of bookkeeping tools, including invoicing and expense tracking.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
* Answer phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and assist with clerical duties as required.
Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, showcasing your ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive) will be advantageous.
* Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed are necessary for data entry tasks.
* Excellent call taking skills - you will be required to answer enquiries over the phone.
* Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines consistently.
* Experience in an office environment will be beneficial for understanding the dynamics of workplace operations.
