Construction Director £130,000 – £150,000 plus full benefits and bonuses Specialist Reinforced Concrete (RC) Structures and Groundwork Subcontractor About the Opportunity: I am looking for someone who is either already a Construction Director / Operations Director that has a strong background working for rival RC structures and groundwork subcontractors in the UK, or someone who has hit a glass ceiling where they are and is in search of that next step up to Construction Director level because they are ready for it (again must be from a rival contractor though in a Senior Contracts Manager or similar position). If you’ve worked in this sector at either of those levels, you’ll know what is involved in the day-to-day duties; Your position will sit alongside the people at the top of the business and will effectively report to the existing ower while overseeing operations across multiple live sites where concrete structures, groundwork, and civils packages are being completed (package values range from £1m up to £10m each).
