An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer and Business Support Administrator to join our dynamic, knowledgeable, hardworking and fun team.

We are looking for a proactive, detail orientated, customer focused individual to be the customer interface for High Street Stitch and Print, delivering exceptional experiences as first point of contact to current and new customers, resolving issues efficiently and building strong relationships.

If you are highly organised, have great interpersonal skills, a customer focus orientation, can remain calm under pressure and be able to prioritise work for yourself and others then this may be the role for you.


The Role

* Full-time onsite customer service and business support role based in Geraldine
* Reports to Business Development Manager
* Assist the sales team with quotes and proposals that really WOW our current and prospective customers
* Take ownership of own jobs from quote to satisfied customer ensuring communication between all HSSP departments and customer updates are on par with company standards
* Ensure data integrity across systems and support the continuous improvement of our systems, maintain product/pricing accuracy within our CRM and drive operational process improvements, building and maintaining comprehensive SOP documentation.


Desired Skills

* At least 3-5 years’ experience in customer services and/or business operations support roles
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Customer empathy, compassion and patience
* Charisma with a natural ability to build relationships (internal and external)
* The desire to learn about the printing and branding industry.
* A high level of computer literacy
* Flexibility and ability to work to deadlines.
* Team player attitude but also self-motivation to work independently.


The successful applicant will need

* Valid NZ work permit or residency
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer services business support role
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills phone, written and face to face.
* Proven problem-solving skills
* Industry knowledge is not required as full on the job training will be available.
