The Opportunity You’ll be part of a highly capable engineering team responsible for maintaining and improving a busy FMCG production site. Working nights, you’ll take ownership of breakdown response, planned maintenance, and continuous improvement activities. You’ll be trusted to work with autonomy, solve problems quickly, and contribute to overall site performance. What You’ll Be Doing * Responding to breakdowns quickly and effectively to minimise downtime * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) with a proactive mindset * Diagnosing faults across electrical and mechanical systems * Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across machinery and site performance * Driving plant uptime and contributing to OEE improvements * Completing repairs during production in a safe and efficient manner * Maintaining accurate engineering logs and work orders * Supporting contractor activity and liaising with external suppliers * Ensuring compliance with health & safety, GMP, and hygiene st...
