A well-established and innovative manufacturing business is looking for a commercially focused Pricing Analyst to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will support the Sales Manager and wider commercial team in driving data-led pricing decisions and improving profitability across a diverse product portfolio. Role Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and commercial awareness to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in developing pricing strategies, analysing market trends, and ensuring pricing models reflect both operational costs and customer value. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Sales Manager and sales team to analyse pricing performance and support pricing decisions. Develop and refine pricing models using input from raw material costs, labour, overheads, and market conditions. Evaluate competitor pricing and customer trends to inform commercial strategy. Create clear, actionable pricing reports and dashboards. Support the roll out and tracking of pricing changes across systems and teams. About You: Experience in pricing, commercial analysis, or finance—ideally in a manufacturing or B2B setting. High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments. Self-starter who can adapt quickly in a fixed-term, goal-oriented role.
