Requirements:
7. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or above
8. Must hold (or be willing to obtain) Food Safety Level 2 and Food Allergen Awareness certificates
9. Strong understanding of kitchen operations and health & safety standards
10. Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments
11. Valid Right to Work documents
