Role: VAS Commercial Pricing & Propositions Manager

We are building a world-class Value-added Service portfolio (cloud numbers, messaging A2P & P2A) to address Next Generation, Carrier and Enterprise customer requirements and simplify user journeys. This role will own the commercial pricing and propositions for existing and new VAS products, supporting Vodafone Business growth through internal and external programs and initiatives.
Based out of the UK with a global remit, you will drive customer and supplier relationships and work with partners to deliver new operational capabilities to market. You will own the customer pricing and supplier cost process for all VBI carrier customer segments, ensuring accurate billing and management to meet financial objectives. You will also create commercial propositions—standard and bespoke—to enable winning new business across the VAS service portfolio and support sales in closing profitable deals.
You will monitor market changes, and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to deliver the Portfolio plan and align differentiated VAS propositions with customer experience and outcomes.
What You’ll Do
* Build and develop customer pricing and commercial propositions for all VBI customers for Cloud Numbers, A2P and P2A and other VAS products
* Create pricing bundles across VAS services to provide a competitive advantage and a compelling customer offer
* Own the governance process for new propositions through EDRA for approval
* Act as the Commercial single point of contact for contract negotiations with customers and suppliers
* As new capabilities/geographies are launched, integrate them into the VAS commercial propositions and pricing
* Escalate for sales, billing, supplier and customer queries related to the VBI offering and support delivering objectives
Who You Are
* Minimum of 8-10 years in Commercial and/or Pricing roles with solid understanding of P&L, supplier negotiations, commercial operating model, price modelling and multi-product deal support
* Experience in end-to-end development and launch of customer propositions, commercial operations and supplier management
* Strong analytical skills, team player with excellent written and verbal communication
* Problem solving and critical thinking with a pragmatic approach; comfortable with ambiguity
* Solid experience with contract negotiations and the legal frameworks used to conduct business
