Learning Support Assistant – Secondary School (Fareham)

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience and make a real difference to pupils who require additional support.
Role Responsibilities:
* Provide in-class support to students with a range of learning needs.
* Work alongside teachers to deliver targeted interventions and differentiated support.
* Encourage pupils to engage positively with learning and develop independence.
* Support students’ social, emotional and behavioural development.
* Help create an inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
