Role Overview The IT Support Analyst plays a key role in maintaining and supporting Ocasa’s IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring colleagues have the tools and assistance they need to work effectively. This hands-on role will be primarily responsible for providing end-user support, managing key business applications and resolving technical issues across hardware, software and networks. A proactive and service-oriented approach is essential, with a focus on delivering reliable IT support and contributing to the continuous improvement of Ocasa's technological infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Manage user accounts and licenses within Office 365, including configuration and ongoing administration of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other related Office 365 applications. Handle and troubleshoot identity management within Azure Entra ID, ensuring secure and efficient access control. Provide on-site IT support to Ocasa employees, including laptop setup, printer configuration and general assistance with business-critical applications. Oversee the management and optimisation of HubSpot, ensuring it is used effectively across the organisation to its full potential. Handle and troubleshoot issues relating to Azure Universal Print. Oversee and maintain the Freshservice service platform within Ocasa, ensuring it is configured appropriately and supporting internal workflows. Deploy, manage and troubleshoot Ocasa's network and Wi-Fi infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity. Utilise Microsoft Endpoint Manager to manage device enrolment, configuration compliance policies and advanced security features. Provide support with additional systems, tools or tasks as required. Experience and Qualifications Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware and networking protocols. Hands-on experience with the following elements is essential: Office 365, Yardi, Azure Entra ID, Hubspot, Aircall, Azure Universal Print, Freshservices, Network and Wi-Fi management, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently and in time-sensitive situations. Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users. Active listening skills to understand user needs and provide effective support. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines. Logical and methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving issues, with the confidence to act autonomously when needed. Strong awareness of data protection principles, system security and user access control best practices. Proactive in keeping up to date with industry trends and changes relating to Microsoft technologies and other key business applications. Willingness to travel to Ocasa sites and locations as required.
