Your Role
As a Rebuild Repair Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our engines and powertrains meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
* Testing engines and powertrains in our state-of-the-art test cell.
* Stripping down, inspecting, and rebuilding engines and transmission systems.
* Ensuring refurbishments meet Finning standards and customer requirements.
* Conducting detailed inspections and producing comprehensive parts lists for repairs.
* Performing standard diagnostic tests to provide accurate cost evaluations.
* Collaborating with a talented team to deliver top-notch service.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* Flexibility and strong organizational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Strong communication skills to build positive relationships.
* A proactive, motivated attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
* Practical knowledge of diesel engines, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical fitting.
* A background in plant machinery, HGV, or agriculture.
* A valid reach truck driving license.
