You will be responsible for leading the Development, Execution and ongoing management of effective Procurement Strategies relating to service performance, quality, cost, innovation, sustainability and governance.
Providing Professional Procurement expertise to deliver key business objectives (cost, delivery performance, risk mitigation, innovation, etc.).
Supporting the Demand Planning process and ensuring deadlines are met.
Supporting the creation and ongoing management of appropriate commercial and contracting strategies that underpin the overall Strategic Procurement Process to incorporate whole life Cost Modelling and Contract Life Cycle Management.
Leading the Procurement Team in the creation of a Group Procurement and Contract Management Strategies.
Building strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment to implementation.
Governance - ensuring that agreed regulatory, legal and commercial governance policies and processes are followed.
Ongoing tender administration and financial requisition/purchase order governance and approval duties.
Relevant Finance, Procurement Or Supply Chain degree or equivalent, typically with 4+ years relevant experience within the fields of Category Management, Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
Experience of spend profiling, supply markets, cost drivers, analysis, reporting and presentation preferably within a regulatory environment.
