Due to tons of growth, my client is seeking an Account Director who embodies drive, enthusiasm, a proven track record of surpassing expectations, and strong commercial acumen.
As an Account Director, your main area of expertise will be to support the management team in achieving their business objectives while fostering robust relationships with highly reputable key account clients and providing support to the sales team.
Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee Sales team, including customer allocation and performance monitoring
* Serve as primary contact for escalation and representation within the team
* Manage key customers directly, ensuring quality and commercial sign-off
* Develop annual sales strategy, staying updated on industry trends
* Maintain safe working environment, meet KPIs, and enhance team efficiency
Requirements
* Previous and proven events experience, with the ability and track record of closing deals
* Great interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and develop their team to their truest potential!
* Previous experience of retaining and flourishing existing relationships with internal and external contacts
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
