A vibrant and welcoming specialist school is looking for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team for a full-time position. In this role, you will support classroom learning, assisting with lesson delivery and providing tailored support for students. You will work closely with teaching staff to implement plans for students with additional needs, lead small group activities, and offer one-to-one support as required. Additionally, you will contribute to the monitoring and assessment of students' progress and assist in maintaining a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
