HR Business Partner
Location: Hounslow
Contract: 3-month Temp to Perm
Rate: £400–£550 per day (inside IR35, via umbrella)
Permanent Salary: £65,000–£70,000
Overview
We are recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to support a large, complex, operational organisation. This is a senior, hands-on partnering role, working closely with Directors and Leadership Teams to deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organisational capability in the short to medium term.
The role requires a confident advisor who can coach and challenge senior stakeholders, translate business strategy into actionable people plans, and support the delivery of transformation and change at pace.
Key Accountabilities
* Partner with Directors and Leadership Teams to develop and deliver people plans aligned to operational and strategic priorities.
* Coach, challenge, and influence leaders to raise performance standards and build highly engaged, high-performing teams.
* Interpret business plans, assess people implications, and translate them into clear, pragmatic people strategies.
* Provide trusted, expert HR advice across Employee Relations, Reward, Talent & Development, and People Services, working collaboratively with specialist teams.
* Support leaders in embedding a high-performance culture aligned to organisational behaviours and values.
* Collaborate with fellow HR Business Partners to drive consistency, governance, and best practice across the organisation.
* Develop and deliver strategic workforce plans based on current capability, future skills demand, and talent risks.
* Drive talent management and succession planning to build sustainable leadership pipelines.
* Lead and deliver change and transformation initiatives, ensuring change is well managed, embedded, and delivers measurable outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrable experience operating as a senior HR Business Partner within a large, complex, and fast-paced organisation.
* Strong track record of coaching and developing senior leaders and leadership teams.
* Broad HR generalist expertise including Employee Relations, Organisational Design, Resourcing, Talent Management, and Reward.
* Experience working in regulated, unionised, or safety-critical environments is highly desirable.
* Proven ability to deliver pragmatic, commercial HR solutions aligned to business outcomes.
* Significant experience leading and embedding change from an HR perspective.
* Relevant HR qualification or equivalent professional experience.
