Are you a fluent Welsh-speaking Secondary School Teacher searching for a rewarding teaching role in Bridgend? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a Welsh-medium teaching provision in a Bridgend secondary school. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach through the medium of Welsh and help inspire the next generation of Welsh-speaking learners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality Welsh-medium lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Support and monitor pupil progress through effective assessment and feedback
* Promote a positive learning environment with strong classroom management
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and school staff
* Create engaging teaching resources and adapt them to diverse learning needs
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS
* Fluent Welsh speaker (spoken and written)
* Enhanced DBS check (child-only) – must be on the Update Service or willing to apply
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
* Two recent professional references (from within the last 24 months)
* Legal right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
