Your responsibilities will include transport planning, manifest creation, and working closely with teams across the EU. If you're ready to contribute to a seamless operation, apply today Your Responsibilities - Ensure full compliance in all aspects of the road freight import, export, cross trade and domestic distribution operation. - Build relationships with all stakeholders. - Build relationships with all colleagues to ensure a smooth operation. - To communicate effectively and quickly with all stakeholders and ensure customer excellence - Follow KPI's and drive through impact via Data Quality - Identify escalations before they become an unmanageable escalation - reporting to your line manager Your Skills and Experiences - Experience in customer service or similar role in logistics. - Ability to think outside the box/creatively to resolve issues on a daily basis. - You are required to have a good level of literacy and numeracy. - You should be computer literate and able to adapt to using in-house computer systems.
