About the role
We're looking for a proactive and strategic Finance Manager to lead our team of Accounts Associates to deliver accurate financial reporting and driving continuous improvement. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you'll oversee core finance operations including Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Commission Control Accounts, while owning the month-end and year-end close processes. You'll maintain robust balance sheet controls, support external audits, and champion process enhancements to strengthen transparency and efficiency across the department.
About you
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with proven experience in a fast-paced transactional finance environment and a track record of driving change and improvement to processes. Experience managing month end, strong technical accounting skills, analytical thinking, and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) and Excel are essential. You'll bring excellent communication skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. People management or supervision experience is key, as you'll be mentoring a team of aspiring professionals.
