We are recruiting for a Administrator to join a global document management company based in Kettering. This is a temp to perm role working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and an hourly rate of £13.86 per hour (approx. £28k).
As Administrator you will be supporting the warehouse management team, where you will be front of house answering the intercom to drivers arriving onsite, dealing with visitors/ contractors and stock inventory administration. Your main duties will be include:
* Provide general administrative support to the warehouse operations team, which includes creating, maintaining and editing paperwork, documents, spreadsheets, and files
* Client inventory administration and communication sending daily reports and responding to customer queries via email
* Primary contact on all reception duties, including phones, emails, intercom, and delivery vendors
* Assist with updating facility calendar, updates and inform managers of activity
* Guest control for visitors, suppliers & contractors ensuring they sign in and paperwork is completed
* Office supply and equipment tracking, maintenance and ordering
* Supporting onsite management team in the maintenance of H&S & compliance documentation/ auditable folders
