The Role As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section and play an important role in the smooth delivery of all services. The kitchen operates a varied offer including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, bar food and dinner, giving you exposure to a wide range of cooking styles and service rhythms.
