Job Description Summary Leads and coordinates Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) programs across GA manufacturing locations globally. Responsible for defining, standardizing, and implementing operational EHS practices, and driving full adoption of GE Vernova Life Saving Rules, to achieve strong GA manufacturing EHS performance. Owns the 2030 decarbonation plan (Scope 1 & 2) to meet GA and ELEC sustainability targets, and leads cross-site environmental initiatives. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Lead and coordinate EHS for GA manufacturing locations, including GA,ELECandGEV'sprograms implementation Define, standardize, and implement operational EHS standards and practices across all manufacturing sites Drive full implementation of the GE Vernova Life Saving Rules within manufacturing environments Establish and lead the 2030 Decarbonization Plan (Scope 1 & 2) to meet GA and ELEC sustainability targets Lead and coordinate cross-site environmental initiatives, including PFAS, SVHC, water conservation, and waste reduction programs Serve as subject matter expert on manufacturing EHS topics, with emphasis on high-risk activities and continuous improvementEHS technical expertise and training to stakeholders across GA manufacturing and fixed facilities Serve as a coach to develop GSC Site EHS Leaders to strengthen site-level EHS capabilities Collaborate with industrialization departments to embed EHS considerations during the industrialization stage Integrate EHS principles within Lean initiatives and continuous improvement programs Lead the GSC Governance process in GA and support timely resolution of identified findings Actively contribute to and lead cross-functional initiatives across GA, ELEC, and GEV as required Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices Proven experience managing environmental programs, including waste, water, and hazardous substances (e.g., PFAS, SVHC) Experience developing and implementing decarbonization or sustainability plans (Scope 1 & 2) Strong understanding of risk assessment and high-risk activity management Experience leading EHS governance processes and driving findings resolution Fluent in English Desired Characteristics Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multi-site environment Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Experience integrating EHS within Lean or continuous improvement frameworks Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and coordinate across diverse teams High level of initiative and ability to drive programs with minimal supervision Commitment to a strong safety culture and GE Vernova'ssustainability goals ?Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $113,000 and $125,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
