The role of Maintenance Caretakerwill include:
1. Reacting to maintenance duties across the site, undertaking repairs and reporting issues which require specialist attention
2. Undertaking building checks and audits to maintain a safe and secure environment in line with health and safety requirements
3. Carrying out routine works and providing accurate and timely information on progress
4. Maintaining an adequate supply of stock and replenishing as appropriate
5. Ensuring waste is disposed of correctly and cleanliness is maintained
Skills and experiences:
6. Experience within a caretaking or cleaning role is essential
7. Practical skills in identifying and/or carrying out standard repairs
8. Working knowledge of health and safety
9. Good communication skills allowing you to provide great customer service
10. The ability to assess priorities and plan work effectively
