Role: Administration Assistant - HR & Occupational Health Location: London Full time: 37.5 hours per week Permanent: Monday to Friday only Salary: £29,000 to £33,000 depending on experience We're looking for an Administration Assistant - HR and Occupational Health to join our Primary Care Team based on a prestigious corporate client site. This extremely interesting role will provide administrative support to the Employee Relations (ER) advisors in the Human Resources Department dealing with referrals to Occupational Health (OH) and associated case management. You'll work on all aspects of administrative delivery of referrals to OH and associated case management, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed accurately and timely to assist the ER team with the smooth running of referrals to OH at the Client. What you'll do: Support the ER advisors and the Human Resources Department with the process of submitting referrals to Occupational Health and disseminating reports to HR and recommendations to manager as advised. Document all processes on appropriate spread sheets and data bases as instructed by the ER team Liaising with the ER team and Primary Care OH team as required. What you'll bring: Experience as an administrator and office management in an OH or HR department desirable. Educated to higher level- A level or equivalent. Degree level or equivalent desirable. GCSE C or above or equivalent in maths and English required. Intermediate/advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, Outlook or equivalent. Proven ability to work flexibly and accurately with changing priorities and deliver a confidential and high-quality customer-focused service. Why HCA UK?
