We are seeking a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to provide exceptional levels of advice and customer service within one of our top AR's customer remortgage team. In addition, you will be responsible for dealing with leads from major employers in the region, offering mortgage & protection advice as an employee benefit. You will receive quality leads, working with existing clients due to remortgage or offered advice as part of their employee benefits package. Your role will involve helping them with their mortgage, protection, and home insurance needs, providing a 5-star service every step of the way.
The successful candidate must be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and experienced in providing face-to-face, telephone, and online client mortgage and protection advice.
Responsibilities:
* Process existing clients' remortgage, protection, and home insurance requirements.
* Confidently provide protection advice to complement mortgages and maximize case size.
* Identify changes in client circumstances that could impact protection shortfalls.
* Have a minimum of 2 years of face-to-face mortgage and protection experience.
* Demonstrate a track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage and protection sector.
* Provide quality advice face-to-face, via Teams, and telephone.
* Work in a compliant manner according to FCA standards.
* Have admin support to process client cases to successful completion.
* Be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) to offer mortgage & protection advice.
* Live within 50 miles of Shrewsbury to attend head office as required.
