Delivering essential pharmacy servicesDelivering advanced pharmacy services such as NMS, Flu Vaccination, COVID vaccinations CPCS & blood pressure checking.Providing smoking cessation servicesManaging a travel vaccination clinicDay to day management of an experienced and hard working team of around 6 staff, including conducting appraisalsStock controlDevelop and maintain strong links with local GPsEnsure the Pharmacy is compliant with GphC regulationsWorking with the Superintendent Pharmacist to help to drive the business and its services forward

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
Qualified / UK registered pharmacistMust have NMS, Flu Vaccine & COVID vaccine accreditationA minimum of 3 years experience in a pharmacy manager roleA confident, positive and motivational leader, who leads by example and inspires and empowers staff to do wellA sound ability to balance and prioritise your own work and that of your staffEnsuring every member of the team has strong relationships with patients, GP surgeries and health care professionalsDisplay a friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skillsShow a 'can do' attitude to overcome challenges and enthuse the pharmacy teamAble to make sound decisions in order to ensure the best customer experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
