Electrical Estimator (Hybrid) Location: Blackpool (Hybrid Working Available) Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per year (DOE) Company: NICEIC-Approved Contractor Our client is a well-established, NICEIC-approved electrical contractor delivering high-quality electrical contracting services to commercial and domestic customers alike based in the NW but operating on a national basis. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team in a hybrid role, offering flexibility between office, site, and home working. The Role As Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a diverse range of projects including commercial, domestic, and light industrial works. This is a key position within the business, working closely with directors and project managers to secure profitable new work while maintaining our reputation for quality and professionalism. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities * Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates from drawings, specifications, and site surveys * Reviewing tender documents and assessing technical requirements * Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations * Producing professional client-facing quotations * Conducting site visits where required * Supporting handover to project delivery teams * Maintaining tender tracking and cost records ✅ About You * Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator * Strong knowledge of commercial and domestic installations * Good understanding of current electrical regulations * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications * Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills * Strong communication skills and commercial awareness * Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office What We Offer * £55,000 – £60,000 per year (dependent on experience) * Car allowance * Hybrid working (office/home/site flexibility) * Company pension scheme * Supportive and professional working environment * Long-term career progression opportunities * Ongoing training and development To apply: Please submit your CV in confidence to Colin Brown or call (phone number removed) to discuss
