QA Manager (Manual) – Reigate (Hybrid Remote) – £42k2dpw in office | Web & Mobile Apps | Personal Development & Progression Plan | Flexible Hours | Long-term transition to AutomationAda Meher is currently working with a scaling digital agency as they look to recruit a QA Manager to work with their QA and Support team as they continue to grow towards ambitious growth targets year on year. The role will involve working on a number of projects simultaneously across both Web and Mobile as well as setting the standards & processes for QA across the business. Due to nature of the business this role would suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and working with manual testing, with a longer-term strategy to move towards automation.This role would suit someone who is self-driven and ambitious enough to work independently as well as take advantage of the resources and expertise made available to them internally to aide their personal development. This is a real focus for the client and every member of staff has their own personal development plan and personal development budget.Due to this self-started culture the business works with flexibility at its core and it happy to allow the team to work mainly remotely, meeting up in the office for team days a couple of times a week. They also offer flexibility in hours and holiday days, to ensure that employees are able to make the job work around their other life commitments.To Be Considered…
* Prior experience in a Manual QA role testing both Mobile and Web Apps
* Experience with industry standard QA tooling (such as Browserstack / Postman)
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Leadership experience with some exposure to people management (currently one Jnr QA)
* Experience with JIRA or similar
* Strong communication skills
* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices
* Any agency experience would be a benefit
