About You
We are seeking experienced Support Workers who are passionate about helping others. As a Housing Support Worker, you'll be working in a team environment and your day will consist of assisting vulnerable adults with daily tasks and providing support as well as encouragement as they pursue their goals.
Your Responsibilities as a Housing Support Worker:
* Provide Person-centred approach to support those who are experiencing emotional apathy.
* Provide weekly support to those struggling with living independently.
* Managing risk assessments and support plans
* Conducting weekly property visits
* Provide support and assistance to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities
* Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in social and recreational activities in society.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Housing Support Worker
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for individuals' privacy right
* IT Experience Required
* Must be fluent in English
* Driving license (Required)
