Due to an increase in kitchen renewals and damp works, M&Y are looking for a Gas Engineer to work across the Northwest carrying out gas servicing, repairs and maintenance on Regenda Group and third‑party properties. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, confirming tightness tests before capping the gas meter for intrusive works and re‑attending to complete testing once the works are finished. You will always ensure compliance with procedures, policies and health & safety, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
* ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT.
* 2 years' experience in a gas‑related role.
* Full UK driving license is essential.
* You have a flexible and positive approach towards work and varied schedules.
* Excellent customer service skills with experience dealing with the public day to day.
* A solid understanding of gas legislation and regulations.
* Strong knowledge of health & safety practices and working to best standards.
* Ability to manage your own time and workload independently.
* You must be willing to travel across the Northwest (Lancashire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester).
