Hours: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Are you friendly, organised and passionate about helping people? Belfast Health & Social Care Trust is looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our busy front-of-house team, providing a warm welcome and vital support to patients, visitors and staff.
About the role
Greet patients and visitors in a polite, professional and compassionate manner
Answer telephone and in-person enquiries, directing people to the right service
Book, amend and cancel appointments using our computer systems
Check patient details and maintain accurate records
Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to keep the service running smoothly
Help ensure the reception area is tidy, calm and welcoming at all timesWhat we're looking for
Excellent communication and people skills
A calm, reassuring manner and a commitment to patient care
Good attention to detail and basic IT skills
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
Previous reception or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essentialWhat we offer
