Pay: £25 per hour plus mileage
Duration: Ongoing
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
Sharing site details with the Quantity Surveyor to help with planning and ordering materials.
Working in domestic properties, measuring up spaces to make sure the right materials are ordered.
Overseeing contractors to ensure good quality work, steady progress, and that health and safety rules are followed.
A great step-up opportunity for a skilled trades person who's ready to move into a supervisory or management role.
Requirements:
Preferably with experience in social housing
Able to provide 2 work references
Own transport
