Role Description
We have several new contract locations to offer in the North West of England. As Project Manager, on an external cladding remediation project, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of activity on site, ensuring that all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of quality. You'll drive progress to meet programme deadlines, manage subcontractors on-site, and take a hands-on approach to maintaining momentum and compliance.
You will play a crucial part in communicating site instructions and coordinating subcontractor activities in line with the construction programme, regularly liaising with the Directors and Quantity Surveyor and attending coordination meetings as required.
About you
You’ll bring solid experience working in a construction environment, with a strong understanding of site operations and health and safety standards. You hold a valid SMSTS and CSCS card, along with a First Aid certificate, and ideally have completed a Level 6 or 7NVQ Diploma in Construction Management. Experience as Temporary Works Coordinator will be an advantage. Comfortable reading and interpreting construction drawings, you also have practical experience using Microsoft Office and Fieldview applications. You're a dedicated team member who works collaboratively to achieve shared goals and will have experience of coordinating subcontractors in a management role.
