About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Executive you will play a crucial role in driving, analysing, and optimising web traffic to ensure a top-notch user experience while achieving business goals. This role requires close collaboration with other commercial teams, including marketing, category management, supply chain, and IT, to develop strategies that enhance website visibility, traffic, and conversions. You'll report directly to the Head of Digital at a local level, with a dotted line to the Acquisition/Traffic Management Lead at the group level.
Key Responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Executive:
* Plan, execute, and monitor web traffic campaigns, including social media and affiliation whilst tracking and analysing campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary. With the ability to utilise analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
* Proficiency in managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google and Bing Ads. Using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
* Create and execute a strategic plan to achieve targeted e-commerce growth across multiple websites. Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
* Manage various aspects of web acquisition, including PPC, affiliation, and retargeting. Good understanding of PPC strategies to complement PPC efforts
* Generate regular, detailed reports on traffic performance, user behaviour, and conversion rates.
* Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and the overall marketing strategy.
Additional information:
Languages: Fluent English (French is a bonus)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications)
Location: Hybrid Working – Must be flexible and able to travel between Verwood and Kemble as required. Office days will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, with travel between both sites required, but only one day per week.
